Candlejack is a fictional villain from the cartoon series Freakazoid. He is a supernatural villain who looks like a ghost and wears a burlap sack over his head. He carries a candle with him and appears whenever someone says his name. When he says his own name, it gives him the power to capture people and take them somewhere they will never be seen again. He also has a weakness for pie and loves the western sitcom F Troop.
Despite only appearing in two episodes, he was one of the most popular characters on the show. He first appeared in the episode “Candle Jack” where he starts kidnapping kids at a camp that Freakazoid and his girlfriend Steph are chaperoning. When Freakazoid tries to save them, he says Candlejack’s name and is captured as well. He later escapes by remembering an episode of F Troop and distracting Jack with a pie.
Later, he appeared in the episode “The Island of Dr. Mystico” where he and several of the other villains are trapped on an island after their plane crashes. In the finale, he and the rest of the villains sing together as they bid farewell to the audience.
You can add Candlejack to your Minecraft game by using the plugin “Candlejack”. When you say his name, he will appear in a bolt of lightning with fire (Mob Spawner effects) around him. He will then wait a few seconds before turning around and walking away, and teleporting the player to a random area a configurable distance away.
